Maileg North America ships to the United States (excluding Pennsylvania and Ohio*) and Canada.
All of our toys pass EN-71 (European Certification) and ASTM F963-23 (US Certification).
*Maileg does not sell or ship to Pennsylvania or Ohio due to state laws that conflict with other state requirements or mandate additional testing and labelling beyond federal standards. These regulations are overly burdensome for a small company, so we have chosen to focus our efforts elsewhere. We remain patient and hopeful that these states will continue to review their legislation and the impact it has on local businesses.
We offer FREE ground shipping to all orders shipping within the domestic United States. For timely delivery, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping service – these rates are calculated at checkout. Any orders placed after 12pm EST using an expedited shipping service will be shipped the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that orders shipping to a PO Box will only be shipped using USPS priority mail.

Please contact Maileg North America within 30 days of receiving your order if you have a return request or notice any product related issues, such as missing, damaged or defective items. Requests made after this time may not qualify for a return or refund.
We are happy to offer a complimentary return shipping label for the first return on each order. Any additional returns from the same order will incur a processing fee.
To qualify for a return, items must be purchased directly from MailegUSA.com, be unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags included. Items returned to us that do not meet these requirements may receive a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund, at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns for used items, for purchases that exceed the 30-day window, or for purchases made through other retailers, as they follow their own return policies.

Refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment or applied as store credit. You can expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that the timing of your refund may also depend on your credit card company or issuing bank.
Returns that do not meet our standards will not receive a full refund. Any expedited shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We do not accept warranty claims from third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, eBay, or Etsy. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, any damaged or defective items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that a replacement item or spare part may not always be available at the time of your request. Our team reserves the right to determine, at their discretion, whether an item qualifies for a replacement based on its condition and the date of purchase. If your purchase was made through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance as they often have their own warranty policies. Shipping and returns from outside the United States are not eligible for complimentary shipping due to customs restrictions. Shipping rates may include brokerage fees, duties, and taxes determined by the carrier.
All packages being returned to MailegUSA from outside the United States must be clearly marked on the outside of the box as "Return of Merchandise" to help avoid additional taxes and fees. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method, and be sure to keep your tracking number and receipt for reference.
