Shipping Destinations

Maileg North America ships to the United States (excluding Pennsylvania and Ohio) and Canada.

Domestic Shipping

*We do not ship to Pennsylvania and Ohio due to state laws regarding recycled polyester in stuffed toys.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping to orders within domestic United States.

For timely delivery, we recommend selecting a UPS expedited shipping service. Note: PO BOXES can only receive USPS shipments and will be returned if UPS is selected.

Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed between Friday 9 am EST and Sunday will ship the following week.

    Domestic Returns

    Report any product-related issues (missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the shipping date.

    CLICK HERE to start your return, gift return, or exchange. We provide a return shipping label at no extra cost for the first return of each order; additional returns may incur a processing fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

    Returns are eligible only for purchases made through MailegUSA.com. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns or warranty claims from third-party marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy. Returns from retailers or overseas purchases are also not accepted.

    Refunds

    Expect your refund within 5-10 business days after your return is inspected, often sooner.
    Note: Refund processing depends on your credit card company and issuing bank. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    For returns, let us know which items you wish to return, and we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.
    We cannot guarantee exchanges due to order volume and inventory changes. Please place a new order for the desired item, and we will refund your original purchase upon receiving your return.

    Canceling Orders

    Due to high order volume and inventory changes, we cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments after an order is submitted. Contact us at 678-684-0408 or support@mailegusa.com for assistance.

    Shipping & Returns Outside of the United States

    Shipping rates include brokerage fees, duties, and taxes determined by UPS.

    Report any product-related issues (missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the shipping date.

    Returns from outside the U.S. are not eligible for complimentary shipping due to customs restrictions. Mark all return packages as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes and fees. Use a trackable and insured shipping method, and obtain a tracking number and receipt.
