Our classic and creative toys are designed based off quality, craftsmanship, and the ability to stimulate and engage children's imaginations when they play.

Maileg is dedicated to providing our customers with complete assurance that every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of your child. We demand that our suppliers provide testing certification for each toy, proving that rigorous and up-to-date safety testing has been conducted to meet all government safety standards. Our Quality Assurance Department conducts a full inspection and audit of all toys, double-checking construction, proper labeling, and age recommendations before any toys are delivered to our customers. All parts are safety approved - CE (EN-71) and ASTM 963 standard in the USA.

Our products are made using natural materials such as cotton, linen, wool, wood, and metal.

Each toy is carefully handmade or hand-finished, which means no two will be exactly the same. These small variations are part of what give our toys their character and charm, something moulded plastic toys simply cannot match. You may notice an ear sitting slightly higher, legs of slightly different lengths, a foot that naturally turns to the side, or overall dimensions that vary slightly from those listed. These natural variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness that makes every toy special, much like the children who play with them. Of course, if your toy arrives with a genuine defect, we will happily replace it as long as additional stock is available.

Care Instructions:

For soft materials, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water, then air dry. Once your Maileg friend dries, give it a nice massage to get its body back to its original shape and form. More care information can be found here.
