Coffee Table, Miniature - Anthracite

I liked the price and followed other reviewers recommendations and handled it with care. Not for children . Needs to be metal to be of good quality. I would have broken it when putting it together if I had not read previous reviews.

Like the other review said this falls apart. You have to put the legs together like a cross and then stick it into the table and the top constantly comes off.

The table top is sturdy, but the legs are pretty flimsy. One of our little playmates must have applied a little too much pressure to the top--the base pieces all splintered beyond repair. Since all the other Maileg tables and pieces are so well made and designed to last, I think this one should go back to the drawing board. It's a great look, but not a great play piece for little ones who wouldn't understand that it's fragile. I tried to see if I could purchase new base pieces but they're not available.

Broke the first day being played with.
